Responsibilities:

• Work on a wide range of projects including presentations, logos, branding, signage, newsletters, social media and more, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet goals
• Meet with clients to gain an understanding of the scope of work.
• Translate client briefs into eye-catching and engaging designs that effectively communicate key messages
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple platforms and mediums
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant
• Present design concepts and ideas to clients and team members, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the final product
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of Print Design
• Knowledge in After Effects and Premiere Pro Advantageous
• Knowledge with web design and UX/UI principles Advantageous
• Knowledge in Photography and with photo-editing software Advantageous
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail, composition, and colour
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and defend design concepts effectively
• A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types
• Team player

Job Type: Full-time, with a 3-month probation period

Type: Majority In-office, with remote working days (Fridays work from home)
