Job Title: Relationship/Client Service Manager
Job Description: You will be the main point of contact between the company and its existing clients
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Market related + Commission
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver’s Licence + Own Transport (Confident to drive to clients on regular basis)
1-2 years minimum ad agency experience essential
Marketing / Advertising / Digital background
Digital marketing + Paid advertising + Social Media knowledge
Required Skills:
- Strong People Skills
- Analytical
- Strong Communication Skills – Written & Verbal. Must have good telephone manner
- Highly Presentable and confident
- Extraordinary customer service
- Able to monitor and analyse reports and metrics to provide insights
- Build reporting and present at monthly status meetings
- Able to provide recommendations on current strategy and areas for upsell
- Attention to detail
- Time management and able to meet tight deadlines
- Team player
- Strong with taking briefs and meeting notes
- Strong presentation skills
- Stable track record (Please include references)
- Bilingual advantageous
