Job Title: Relationship/Client Service Manager
Job Description: You will be the main point of contact between the company and its existing clients
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Market related + Commission

Job Requirements:
Valid Driver’s Licence + Own Transport (Confident to drive to clients on regular basis)
1-2 years minimum ad agency experience essential
Marketing / Advertising / Digital background
Digital marketing + Paid advertising + Social Media knowledge

Required Skills:

  • Analytical
  • Strong Communication Skills – Written & Verbal. Must have good telephone manner
  • Highly Presentable and confident
  • Extraordinary customer service
  • Able to monitor and analyse reports and metrics to provide insights
  • Build reporting and present at monthly status meetings
  • Able to provide recommendations on current strategy and areas for upsell
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Strong with taking briefs and meeting notes
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Stable track record (Please include references)
  • Bilingual advantageous
